yay!!!!! she got back last evening. it was a wonderful time, she sez, but she was glad to get back home where cats needed lovin' and dawgs needed pettin'. and i guess she was glad to see dad, too. they was huggin' for a LONG time.
but this morning she's got laundry and thank you notes and catsmas shopping to do, and we needs litter and foods, so off she goes again! but this time, she'll be back soon. an' she promised a recliner nap and extra pettin' later, so we'll hold her to it--literally!
thanks to all you who wrote with good wishes and purrs and purrayers for her safe trip--they worked--she nefur even got losted once!
we'll be on line again, maybe later, maybe tomorrow--see you then . . .
Adventures of four kitties of disparate backgrounds (Nitro S Pierce, Xing Lu, Igmu Sapa, & DammitJim) residing in one house with two 2-leggers (Dad & Mommer) and a lesser 4-legger (dog Cocoa). Oddly enough, all 4-leggers share the first name, "DAMMIT!" (One moreso than the others.)

It's great your purrson got back safely to take care of you all. Our Lady hasn't been functioning very well due to anemia and has been really run down and aching and tired, so I tried to liven up her day by knocking over a big vase of water and plant cuttings all over the top of the big wood bookcase where she keeps her precious antique books. You know what? She didn't even get mad. She just got up (it was 6AM) and cleaned it up, so then I pawed her leg lots and said I was sorry. I am sorry too, because it didn't liven her up at all. What a waste of effort.

Yay, I am glad your mum is home. It is always best when efurryone in the family is together. I have been having a v-e-t trauma but I am recovered from the shock now.
