the "crystal cave" of branches that fell on our west fence; they were behind me, too, like a real cave!

now this you don't see often: two rows of ice have melted and pulled away from the fence they formed on, but kept their shape, sagging from their own weight!

Yeah, I make a huge mess when I'm eating crunchies because I have a tiny tiny mouth. The Lap Lady says she sweeps up enough extra food bits in a week for an extra day of feeding us.

The icy pictures are purrty, but all of the damage to the trees. They will look funny come spring when the leaves come out.

Glad you're looking and feeling chipper, Nels.
I make a bit of a mess with my stinky goodness, but I do clean up on Bathsheba's meals. I eat all the crunchies that she drops around her bowl so it's always nice and neat. My little mess is outside.
