Oh my gosh, our momma started crying when she saw Nels on his chair with his white furs still on it. We hope you never take his furs off.

Hugs and purrs.

welcome home Cap'n Nels.

Our mommy taked trixie's and norton's furs off of things and put them in a zippy bag for 'memberance. She brings them out sometimes for me and Sammy to sniff and remember. I still like to huggle Trixie's furs. - Miles

Ohhh - the maid has leaky eyes again. You can never ever clean that chair again... we still have some hair of Anastasia and Emil in little envelopes... But it is good to have Nelson home, gives you some closure...

Our eyes are leaking too, as our hearts go out to you and your family. The seas are always calm at the other side of the rainbow bridge, and pirate booty be everywhere.

Mom and I are so sorry about Nels - you must miss him a lot.

Whn Mom lost her little lilac point siamese, Henry - she brought him home in a box too. He sits in her study - 'cos she can't bear to let him go. He was nearly 20 years old when he went to the Bridge, but still it hurt big time.

So it's bound to hurt about Nels. ((((Hugs)))))

Mom still finds Henry's fur on some of her clothes (even though he went to the Bridge in 2004 - she loves finding his fur on her clothes - she said it makes her feel happy 'cos she misses Henry so much.

So maybe having Nels fur around will make you feel happy too, like Mom.

I've only been with Mom a short while 'cos I'm only 8 months old (I arrived at 8 weeks old) so I am helping Mom feel better. I expect all you other floofies are helping your Mom feel better too - even though she will never forget Nels.
