Is that the plant that takes several years before it produces a flower and then dies? Hardly seems worth the effort!

We've never seen one of those before!

Oh, is that the "corpse flower"? Mom says the You Double-You had 1 bloom in their green house a couple of years ago, and another a year later. They bloom once every 100 years or so!
I'm glad not to have one in our house, either.

What is the point of a flower that stinks anyway?
Mommy looks it up though, is very interesting how it works.

We think we have seen a flower like that on the TV before - we have heard they are extremely stinky! WE don't get why anyone would want to visit a stinky think like that!

Too bad we have plenty of our own stinky stuff here. That looks like a plant Mom might not kill.

I wonder if there's a catbox big enough to bury it.

Maximus Spittimus advises that he would attempt to eat it.

I think I would like to take a big sniff and then wrinkle up my nose!
