we have had power and phone/internet at work until about 11:30 this a.m. when the phones went bye-bye. about 30 minutes ago, the power went away. now it's back. no telling what will happen in the future . . .
Adventures of four kitties of disparate backgrounds (Nitro S Pierce, Xing Lu, Igmu Sapa, & DammitJim) residing in one house with two 2-leggers (Dad & Mommer) and a lesser 4-legger (dog Cocoa). Oddly enough, all 4-leggers share the first name, "DAMMIT!" (One moreso than the others.)

we are praying you (& your family) will be one of the next to get your power back on very, very soon.
it is kinda neat when you have to make do - roughin it when "mother nature" kicks technology in the back side. you learn how to work together or feathers get ruffles really fast.
It sounds like you were prepared and that made all the difference. We're thinking of you as the cold air finally came to Virginia (without the precip) this morning.

That sounds very frustrating! We're still praying for you and thanks for the updates. Last night it got really cold here so I guess winter is moving this way.
