an' i am furry worried about that new black boycat--My Mama sez he is awful smart: he was borned knowin' alla the bad habbits that nitro hadda work to learn, like drinkin' coffee from My Mama's mug, snatchin' bites of food outta beans' sammiches, flyin' through the air from the stove to the kitchen table, layin' onna the kitchen table as if he was the king o' the cats, an' stuff like that. all of which I would nefur do, because i am a Good Cat.
an' i am furry hissed-off that the new black boycat thinks that MY Mama is HIS mama!! that can't be--she only loves ME best. she tells me i am her furry best sweetest fuzzy girl efurry day!! pooh!
but i am still worried about that Groomer thing . . .

Xing, don't worry, honey. That groomer will make you look beyootiful and that iggy-kit is just the right height for BOPPIN'!

I went to the groomer's once. The stupid lady held me in her arms, tummy up, like a baby, and said cutesy nonsense to me. My Lady told her to stop. I even told her to stop - I said HISSSSS GRRRRR! She didn't stop. I slashed her across the cheek. Wonder if she still has the scar? Dunno - we haven't been back. Hope your trip is much better than mine was. You're such a pretty girl - I'm sure they'll be very nice to you.

But Xing, that's the magical thing about moms--they never run out of love! Everything will be fine, you just watch. And Iggy will calm down and learn to be a Good Cat some day, too.
Sorry you have to have work done. That doesn't sound pleasant.
Xing, you will be fine, groomers know what they are doing and having matts is horrid, they pull and twist ya skin.
We just read alllll about little Iggy, props to your folks for taking him in, he's a little corker!

Don't worry Xing, think how beautiful you will look when you come home.
The groomer makes you feel all soft and fluffy and smell nice for your humans. Romeo goes when mom has enough green papers that are extra.
Xing, you will look and feel like a superstar when you come home from the "groomers". Definitely a spa day!
