follow-up on nelson

ed sez: this morning, mom took nels to our regular vet, dr shelly harders at angel animal hospital, and she agreed with what the emergency vet said. she thinks a course of watchful waiting will be the most prudent, and so we'll watch him like always (which makes him nervous!) and wait. it may have been a one-time event when two neurons had a head-on crash. it's prolly not epielepsie, she sez, cause mostly only dawgs get that. so we is hoping and purrrayin', and thanks you for doin' the very same!!!

Watching and waiting is what kitties do best. We're keeping Nels in our thoughts today.
Take care.

I just read the good news! I'm so happy the VETs let him go home and it sounds like he is going to do great now! Good job snuggling the People, they get really really leaky when one of us has to go to the ER vet and stay there.

I am so glad that Nels is feeling better and can come home. I hope that it was just a couple of neurons colliding and that he will be fine from now on.

We'll teleport over and help watch him. We were furry worried! Grr's most 'specially good at watching. She thinks people (or Cocoa) are gonna sneak up on her, so she's always watching all around.

Oh Ed...I hear Beau Beau and Angie are going to have a Valentine's Day party. Would you like to come with me? Or was I supposed to wait till you ask me? Grr says I'm kinda pushy.
purrs!

I only learned of this tonight! I'm so glad that Nelson is doing better. I have an old bro too and he's kinda frail, so I know how upsetting this must have been for everyone.

Glad you finally got power back, too! Kissies.
