Cool, I did hear Nitro purrs! We just got a Flip HD camera, too, but we are having some troubles. We usually use Windows Movie Maker to edit our videos, but you have to convert the video from the HD camera before you can edit it. Did you upload your video directly to YouTube? We might need a different video editing program.
